Episode 3 - I'm Home!

DISCLAIMER: The canon characters of RWBY are owned by Monty Oum and Rooster Teeth, as well as the characters of Gintama are owned by Hideaki Sorachi. Also, the only Tales of characters that will be involved is Velvet Crowe and Zaveid, I do not own these characters but Yoshiharu Gotanda does since he's the creator of Tales of.

Author's Thoughts: Hello, guys! It's me again! I hope you guys loved these last two episodes. As you can tell, it's kinda going slow and fast in story development! I hope you guys don't mind the pacing of the story development.

Intro

The episode begins with multiple flashbacks with the Fall of Beacon from twenty years ago. 

A narrating voice sounds off in the background about it's past.

"Twenty years ago..."

The flashback sees The White Fang and Adam Taurus, along with Roman Torchwick and Cinder Fall destroying Beacon Academy as Beacon had multiple students as well as from different schools trying to defend Beacon as well. Grimm was heavily involved as well.

"Remnant, mostly in Vale saw a new era...A era that was truly experienced with..."

The narrating voice paused as a red background appears where Adam Taurus severely injures Yang Xiao Long by slashing his sword at the arm of Yang, a front of Blake Belladonna.

"Bloodshed..."

A black background would fade in as a background and it shows a flashback with Pyrrha Nikos sending Jaune Arc into the weapon pod away from Beacon.

"Sad goodbyes..."

Then, the darkness would fade in once more. Timeline wise, would go back to see at the Beacon Tower in the end of the Cinder vs. Pyrrha fight where Cinder shoots one of her arrows at the heart of Pyrrha and Ruby Rose sees this. 

"The worst of all...Death and heartbreak..."

Ruby was in shock as Cinder places a hand on Pyrrha's forehead as Pyrrha fades away. Then, Ruby cries out and screams out as the Silver Eyes activated and the whole background changes into all white afterwards.

"But, after all of that. A certain team was broken, later brought back together to stop one huge villain ahead of them that's caused The Fall of Beacon to happen."

The background would be painted in with color and it's in Salem's castle. Salem is shown.

"This woman, this dangerous woman...The darkness flows within her, because of her selfish needs. This woman's name is Salem and she will not stop at nothing until...The world is burnt down to the ground at her feet...."

What's next is shown with pages like a history book would be flipped and sees a war breaking out. The pages flip once more as the paint is being placed in the page with Team RWBY standing side by side with ten more people on their side along with tons and tons of allies by their side.

"A war would be engaged. One side was the legendary Team RWBY alongside with their allies, that came along for in their journey."

One more page is flipped as it's shown with The White Fang with leader, Adam Taurus and many more on his side and standing from a few minutes off of where they were was Salem shown standing inside from the castle, watching this from afar.

"As The White Fang and Adam Taurus was ready for war. Salem was watching from afar. Then, from there the war finally collided."

Then, a new book would be picked up by someone as the person would open that book. As the book has pages that needs to be filled in. But, the background would be painted in as a new generation would be shown standing a front of Beacon Academy.

"A new generation has risen. The new generation will make sure the world is safe from any sort of danger...Or....Will it be safe at all, this time around?"

Opening Theme Song: Naru by Luck Life

To the deep chest

The beginning opening begins with the light fading in as the sun appears to shine upon Beacon Academy and the camera slowly pans then quickly transitions to the group of past huntsmen and huntresses, with Beacon Academy's headmistress Ruby Rose, Blake Belladonna, Atlas's headmistress Weiss Schnee, Yang Xiao Long, Oscar Pine, Nora Valkyrie, Lie Ren, Jaune Arc, Qrow Branwen, Ryuuto Yoshida, and five people covered in the dark (not revealed yet), standing side by side.

Become a sound that can not be pulled out

The transition would show as the past generation had been faded out and the new generation standing there, as they have faded in and is standing, looking forward at the sun. The new generation showed Wraith Belladonna, Vanilla Frost, Roe Ket, Nashime "Kita" Yoshida, Tony Shimura, Dean Ambrose, Tyler Black, Roman Reigns, Kintoki Sakata, Kaiku & Sagura Shimura, Emilia Rose, & Jake Belladonna standing there.

Always believe and let it go

The wind blows around them as the camera would pan up above once more and show the sun with the new generation watching it. 

Because I am

Then, a leaf appears as the RWBY: After the Fall title card fades into the bright sun. 

After the rain, jumping over the puddle

This would transition from that to seeing Tony, Kaiku, and Sagura walking and Tony stepped over a puddle as his two sisters would notice the sound of the wind and leaves passing through them, The Shimura's are seen with smiles on their faces.

It would transition from them to seeing Dean Ambrose with his classmates from Shoka Shinjuku, Roman and Tyler as they were standing as Tyler and Dean were arguing with Roman watching the two. 

I looked into the world of reflection

Wind passes through them as well as Black and Ambrose would stop and notice the wind as Roman smiled as well as Black with Ambrose standing there with a blank expression. 

I was admired by the trembling sky

After that would see Wraith, Jake, Kintoki, Emilia, Roe, Vanilla, and Kita walking out to Beacon and the leaves passes through them as well. Vanilla stopped walking as she would notice the leaves as she stared at the sky.

If you notice something invisible

Roe and Kita would call Vanilla over, but Vanilla snapped herself out of being distracted by the blue sky and she smiled as she ran over to them.

Although, it seems to be crushed

The new generation rallies up their weapons as they are battle-ready. 

I turned around and it was heard. 

Tony, Tyler, Roman, Dean, Wraith, Roe, Vanilla, Kita, Jake, Kintoki, Emilia, Sagura, & Kaiku is seen with their weapons on the spot where they were originally standing. 

Chest tightening back, voice pushing back

Vanilla is seen with some doubt, but Kaiku and Roe placed their hand on Vanilla's shoulders giving her the strength to fight. 

To the deep chest

Everyone ran towards out to the forest, as the light fades in and it shows everyone's semblances at once. 

Become a sound that can not be pulled

Dean and Vanilla's semblance was not shown as the two froze up with them both, fading off into the darkness. But, Tony wakes her up from the darkness by having his aura goes in sync with hers and they show their combo move.

Fade away forever

Then, as Dean was watching everyone else. He looked down with an look of doubt with a demon showing in his own heart. As Dean would look himself in the mirror for a moment as he would soon see Cinder as his reflection. His eyes widened and screamed out as the reflection breaks.

Resound strongly

Cinder would watch Dean breaking before his eyes and having an evil smirk on her face. She even has people by her side. The important thing about this is that there is someone standing back to back with Cinder. The person's identity was covered in a silhouette. 

The flow has gone by now

Dean stood up as he would slowly walk himself over to the darkness.

Grasp it and do not let go

Tony Shimura, Roman Reigns, and Tyler Black stood behind Dean. Tony shout out at Dean, but Dean looked down and Tyler and Roman stood side by side with Dean as they places their hands on his back.

Because I am

Dean would smile as the darkness fades away as the opening ends with showing Ryuuto Yoshida and his whole class from five years ago in a class picture together.

Episode begins

It was in the morning time where Vanilla finally left Argus for Vale. She was resting by laying her head down onto her knees. She had payed someone to help row her to Vale with the money she saved up. She still has money left over to make sure she grabs her some food.

Vanilla was thinking to her mind about what Cinder had said to her at the docks, before leaving Argus....

Flashback begins

Cinder smirked evilly at Vanilla. 

"Yes...It was me, Vanilla. What are you gonna do about it?!..

...Let me tell you what you're gonna do." 

She got closer to Vanilla to whisper in her ear.

"You will NOT tell anyone about this. Nor you better not do anything stupid when I let you go and roam free in Vale. You even better not tell that cursed daddy of yours about what me or what I told you, tonight. You enjoy your years in Vale. Because...I'll be back for you..." Cinder laughed evilly at Vanilla, as she would disappear using her Flame Power. 

Vanilla's eyes widened and she was very much so teary-eyed...

Flashback ends

"Hey, miss! Wake up!" The man said as he tries to wake her up. 

Vanilla wakes up as she was shook by the man's voice. "Oh! Sorry, sir."

"We're here in Britannia Village. This is where you wanted to go, right?" The man asked.

The girl nods her head at the man, as she gets off the boat and bows to the man. "Thank you for taking me, good sir." 

"The pay is good enough for me. I appreciate it!" The man says as he rows away.

Vanilla watched the man leave as she grabs the map and reads it. 

"Ah! So, I am here." She walks into the forest as she was a few minutes off from exiting the forest to head towards for town. The Home of Peace, Britannia Village. 

What she doesn't know is...that there was a Grimm watching her, stalking her from a far distance.

In the same forest, Tony, Sagura, and Kaiku weren't really far away from where Vanilla was. 

Kaiku was in the trees, as she saw the Grimm stalking the girl heading into town. 

"Tony, Sagura. We got one on ground, and this one is a huge one!" She says through a earpiece. 

Tony nodded and looks at Sagura. He makes the signal to Sagura to make her move when the Grimm tries to get up close with Vanilla.

The Grimm would come around and attempt to pounce on Vanilla from the side. Vanilla was alerted by this and she screamed out as she fell back.

"NOW, SAGURA!" Tony says as he would shoot three bullets with Siegfried 

In combination, Kaiku would grab her Black Mass weapon and her Demon Slayer Sword would be shown with Flames on it. She slashes a huge Flaming Slash from the weapon at the Grimm. Sagura would use her wind power to hoist the Grimm up in the air into a Wind Hurricane. The bullets did hit the Grimm and Flames were added into the Hurricane. This combination was called the Flaming Whirlwind Calling.

Tony would come in and jumps off the tree branch, as he delivers the final blow. He would do a front flip sword slash as the flame hurricane disappears. He would turn Siegfried into a Sword. 

He shouts out as he fully destroys the Grimm by slashing it into two with a move that's called Wind Seeking Missile. This would work with Tony slashing the wind and the wind would make a slash towards the target through mid-air. In this case. The Grimm was slashed into two the middle of it's body. 

The now burnt-alive, and dead Grimm was slit into two because of Tony's move. 

Vanilla was amazed by that, her eyes lit up. Her life was saved. 

Kaiku jumps off the tree branch and lands perfectly, standing next to Tony. Sagura walks out of the bushes and stands to Tony's left.

"THAT WAS AWESOME, BROTHER!" Kaiku shouted and hugging him. She let go and started to poke him.

Tony shook his head. He laughed at Kaiku. "That was nothing, Kaiku." 

He would look at the girl, as he takes his hand out to her. "Can you stand? Are you alright?".

Sagura stood there, emotionless and looks at Tony, then back at the girl.

Vanilla's heart was racing, she looked at his hand but looks into his eyes. She snapped herself out of it as she gets up on her own. "Oh, yes! I can. Thank you, dude. So...Um, who are you three? If I may ask."

"You don't have to ask! My name is Kaiku Shimura! Nice to meet you, friend!" Kaiku enthusiastically introduces herself and she bows to Vanilla as a way to introduce herself.

Sagura would bow and says to the girl, introducing herself as well. "My name is Sagura Shimura. Great to meet you."

Tony would finally smile at the girl and turns Siegfried back into a pistol gun, placing it back into the holster. He takes his hand out to Vanilla. "Names Tony Shimura! Nice to meet you!"'

Vanilla's eyes widened in surprise. She was actually talking to the three siblings of the legendary Crowe/Shimura family, as she figured. She shakes her hand and smiles back at Tony. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Tony, Sagura, and Kaiku! My name is Vanilla Frost!" 

"Nice to meet you, Vanilla. So, are you new to Britannia?" Tony asked, curiously. 

Vanilla shook her head at Tony. This actually isn't the first time she's ever been to Britannia. Last time was for that family photo. "Actually, no. I'm staying in Britannia Village for a few years with my father and sister, who I need to get to know more."

"Awwwww!!!!! That's so sweeeeet! You're such an amazing daughter, Vanilla! That's good on you!" Kaiku says as her eyes were filled with love and she smiled happily.

Tony's phone would soon ring and he answers it. 

"Yes, Auntie?"

Mutsuko responds to Tony. "Hi, nephew. Can you, Sagura, and Kaiku come back to the house soon? I have something important to tell you three." 

She sounds like she needed to tell him and his sisters that's very important. 

"Alright. We'll be over soon. Okay, bye!"

He hangs up as he looks at Sagura and Kaiku. "Alright. Kaiku, Sagura. We gotta head back to the house. Auntie has something important to tell us."

"I wonder what it might be..." Sagura blinked.

Kaiku was excited, as she grins at Tony and Sagura. 

"Race ya!" She starts running out of the forest and Sagura follows.

Tony shook his head and tries to tell her to slow down, but...What's the point?!

"Sorry, Vanilla. We gotta go. Hopefully we meet again, very soon!" He smiles and winks as he ran off to catch up with Kaiku and Sagura. "See you later!" He shouted!

Vanilla blinked, as she turned around and watches the three leave. "Yeah..." 

She felt like she had a crush on him. She shook off the feeling, it would be love at first sight.

"Well, time to move now." Vanilla thought in her mind as she walked on.

As Vanilla was heading into town, leaving the forest.

Meanwhile, in town of Britannia Village. Kita and Yoshida was already in town, putting up posters all over the village. They got finished doing that in Vale. 

These posters were advertising for Ryuuto's reopening of the legendary school, Shoka Shinjuku.

This idea was made by Kita to repoen the school that helped many others become successful huntsmen and huntresses. Kita drew the posters while Ryuuto helped putting the wording into it.

They were also finished putting up posters all over Britannia as well. But, Ryuuto has some more left, just in case.

"Hopefully this will work out, Kita." Ryuuto says with a smile to his daughter.

Kita returns a bright smile. She held Ryuuto's hand. "It will! Trust me, daddy."

Ryuuto would soon walk past Tony, Sagura, and Kaiku as they were running.

"Tony! Sagura! Kaiku!" Ryuuto waved at the three.

Kaiku looked back and waves at Ryuuto with a smile. "HIIII, YOSHIIII!"

"Hey, Ryuuto!" Sagura says.

"Old Man Yoshida!" Tony waved as they didn't have time to stop.

Kita looked up at her father. She wondered. "Was that The Shimura's?"

"Yes. Remember? Kaiku is your best friend?" Ryuuto reminded Kita. Kaiku and Kita are always great friends, also what's even more better is that Yoshida have close ties to the Crowe and Shimura family.

Kita thought about it for a moment as she does remember it now."That's right!"

Vanilla finally made it inside the village. She would be amazed at the nice, calm atmosphere of Britannia. This made her eyes lit up in amazement, excitement, and more. 

"Wow..."

She would walk into town as she wandered around. 

Vanilla would soon walk up to a townsfolk person, as she asks directions to a place that she wishes to go. "Excuse me, ma'am. Do you know where Ryuuto Yoshida lives?"

The old woman answers and nods her head. "Of course! Why?"

"He is my father.. I need to know where he is. I kinda...Heh, forgot. It's been a few years." Vanilla explained, nervously rubbing her head.

The old lady was surprised. So, this is his other daughter that lived up in Atlas for a few years. "Alright, go straight ahead and take your first left. They should be a dojo like home, there when you make that left."

"Okay, thank you!" Vanilla says with a smile as she would run off and takes a look around as she would see Ryuuto walking with Kita and she ran past them.

Vanilla notices that and she would stop as she look behind her to see Yoshida and Kita.

"Dad! Kita!"

Ryuuto stopped walking and so did Kita, as they turn around to see Vanilla. He recognized that face, her older daughter's face. Kita's eyes lights up and smiles. "Daddy! Is that who I think it is?"

"Yes, Kita...Vanilla..."

"I'm home!" Vanilla says with tears falling down her face and leaves spreads around them, with the wind blowing in the air. It was a nice atmosphere.

Ryuuto does his best not to tear up. So, does Vanilla. "Welcome home!"

Vanilla would run up to him and hug him. 

"Welcome home, big sister!" Kita hugs Vanilla as well. 

This was a nice moment for the family.

They were nearby the dojo. Dean Ambrose saw this. He was already in the dojo, cleaning and training as well. As much as it hurts to see a family being reunited, because his father is thrown in jail and his mother is gone. But, he was truly happy to see this. He smiled.

Breaking through the silence

A huge lighting effect fades in and then fades out as the setting sees darkness and sees Vanilla Frost standing in the dark and she reaches her hand out forward.

We met in an inevitable encounter

The blacked out scene fades out as it would show Nashime "Kita" Yoshida and father, Ryuuto Yoshid standing in the light and she does the same thing as Vanilla. She and Ryuuto tries to reach out to Vanilla.

For our both sakes

Then, going in order left to right shows Dean Ambrose, Tyler Black, and Roman Reigns close to looking like silhouettes, but light is dimmed down on their faces. The three were standing side by side together, walking towards the light where Kita is standing at. 

In your mournful eyes

Vanilla looks down as Cinder Fall walks from behind and with a evil grin, she wrapped her arm around Vanilla's neck. Vanilla tries to resist Cinder by putting her hand up reaching back out to everyone else. Vanilla's eyes slowly grows dull as she was being kept in the darkness.

I see a reflections of regrets

Wraith Belladonna and Roe Ket is seen walking with their backs turned in a different direction, through a reflecting-like mirror.

Enveloped in sorrow, you've blossomed beautifully

Flowers suddenly appears and Vanilla's eyes would light up as she sees the flowers blossom around her as she raises her hand back up to finally reach out.

The flower that fuses into someone's life

Visuals appears with a silhouette of a person appears and that appears to be Tony Shimura, walking towards the darkness where Vanilla was. Then, as Vanilla was in the dark with sudden flowers growing around her. Time reverses with the flowers reverting and slowly fading away. 

Hey, do you see it?

A up-close look of Vanilla is shown with her slowly turning away as she watches the flowers fading away, slowly.

I'm sure you do.

Back and forth motions happens with Vanilla slowly putting her hand down and slowly frowning as well and Tony still walking around, looking left to right as fellow and former schoolmates, Roe, Jake, Wraith, Kintoki, as well as his sisters, Kaiku and Sagura

Let's paint over all the mistakes we've made

A new transition was made with Vanilla seeing herself watching the dark sky and the moon, with extra beautiful visual and view at sight. Then, it was shown with her facing the sky with her back turned. Trying not to walk away from it.

A new start line will always be there if we want to start over. 

The darkness visuals returns as Cinder attempts to drag Vanilla away deeper into the darkness. Tony Shimura alongside with everyone else walking towards for Vanilla's direction. They were close-up's for Roe, Wraith, and Tony.

Let's make our future different from the past

Visuals changes once more as snow would soon appear and it's revolving around Vanilla as she still had her hand out and she would soon see the past with everyone else she's ever been with mostly Tony, Roman, Dean, and Tyler, best friend Roe, and sister and father, Kita and Yoshida. 

Our small hope will paint a new start line

Then, Vanilla sees a dream she saw once with her holding hands with Tony, her one and only crush. She wishes to be with him. The dream fades away as well as it was raining for a quick second and it stops as it was still darkness. She would soon quit putting her hand out there as Kita yelled out for her and Cinder was very close to pulling her into darkness. 

I never say goodbye

Then, Vanilla would slowly fade away into the darkness with a smile. Tony would run in and grabs for Vanilla's hand, pulling her away from Cinder and got Vanilla out in time as they re-enter the light side as Tony held Kita back at the same time, before Cinder reaches for either of them. As everyone else made it out of the darkness. 

That's how I always am

Tony let's go of Vanilla's hand as he gave her a smile and Vanilla had been unsure towards him. The light rises even more, as Vanilla reaches for Tony's hand and Tony would reach out for hers. The visuals would change as it fades in and out with Tony's smile and Vanilla's smile as their hands intertwining and ends with both of them gone.

Dean Ambrose does the introduction for the preview of Episode 4. He sighed, yet smiled. "Hello, viewers. My name is Dean Ambrose. I hope you guys loved watching this episode, and giving it a read. Preview: Episode 4 - School is in Session

"So...There's a school in a small village that's in the middle of Vale and Vacuo?" Gintoki asked, as he was reading the newspaper, and puts it down to look at his son, Kintoki.

Kintoki nodded slowly as he shows his father the poster that says as Gintoki grabs the poster and reads it.  "Shoka Shinjuku: School for Reading and Huntsmen, and Huntress Training. School begins in session starting tomorrow."

"I see. You wanna go there for school, Kin?" Gintoki asked.

"Of course. Even though, the reading is probably something I don't often care about. I want to be huntsman. Like you, and be even better! Surpass you!" Kintoki declared to his father. 

The White Yaksha was surprised about that claim. Kin is just like him when he was younger. He grinned. "Show me, then Kin. I will talk with your mother about this when she gets home. Is that fine?"

"Alright!" The golden-haired boy says with excitement.

Gintoki thinks in his mind and remembers the old days when Shoka Shinjuku was up and running, but with Ryuuto's brother. 

"I see, Ryuuto. Trying to follow your brother's footsteps. Honestly...That...is nostalgic to me...Then, everything started to crash down from there..." He thought in his mind. 

Preview ends, as the episode ends as well.
