Episode 9 - Feuds and Reactions

DISCLAIMER: The canon characters of RWBY are owned by Monty Oum and Rooster Teeth, as well as the characters of Gintama are owned by Hideaki Sorachi. Also, the only Tales of characters that will be involved is Velvet Crowe and Zaveid, I do not own these characters but Yoshiharu Gotanda does since he's the creator of Tales of.

Author's Note: How about Episode 8, guys?! So many cliffhangers and finally some action into this fanfic! Now, we are onto seeing how people reacted since the students now know of where they are headed. We get everyone's reactions and we will actually see what was said after Velvet and Cinder's fight. ALRIGHT!! LET'S GET STARTED!

Intro

The episode begins with multiple flashbacks with the Fall of Beacon from twenty years ago. 

A narrating voice sounds off in the background about it's past.

"Twenty years ago..."

The flashback sees The White Fang and Adam Taurus, along with Roman Torchwick and Cinder Fall destroying Beacon Academy as Beacon had multiple students as well as from different schools trying to defend Beacon as well. Grimm was heavily involved as well.

"Remnant, mostly in Vale saw a new era...A era that was truly experienced with..."

The narrating voice paused as a red background appears where Adam Taurus severely injures Yang Xiao Long by slashing his sword at the arm of Yang, a front of Blake Belladonna.

"Bloodshed..."

A black background would fade in as a background and it shows a flashback with Pyrrha Nikos sending Jaune Arc into the weapon pod away from Beacon.

"Sad goodbyes..."

Then, the darkness would fade in once more. Timeline wise, would go back to see at the Beacon Tower in the end of the Cinder vs. Pyrrha fight where Cinder shoots one of her arrows at the heart of Pyrrha and Ruby Rose sees this. 

"The worst of all...Death and heartbreak..."

Ruby was in shock as Cinder places a hand on Pyrrha's forehead as Pyrrha fades away. Then, Ruby cries out and screams out as the Silver Eyes activated and the whole background changes into all white afterwards.

"But, after all of that. A certain team was broken, later brought back together to stop one villain ahead of them that's caused The Fall of Beacon and the wars to happen."

The background would be painted in with color and it's in Salem's castle. Salem is shown.

"This woman, this dangerous woman...The darkness flows within her, because of her selfish needs. This woman's name is Salem and she won't stop at nothing until...The world is burnt down to the ground a front of her...."

What's next is shown with pages like a history book would be flipped and sees a war breaking out. The pages flip once more as the paint is being placed in the page with Team RWBY standing side by side with Ryuuto Yoshida, Gintoki Sakata, Zaveid, Shinsuke Takasugi, Shinpachi Shimura, Mutsuko Crowe, Velvet Crowe, Qrow Branwen, Jaune Arc, Nora Valkyrie, Lie Ren, Oscar Pine, and Raven Branwen on their side along with tons and tons of allies by their side.

"A war would be engaged. One side was the legendary Team RWBY alongside with their allies, that came along for in their journey."

Next page is flipped as it's shown with The White Fang with leader, Adam Taurus and many more on his side and standing from a few minutes off of where they were was Salem shown standing inside from the castle, watching this from afar.

"As The White Fang and Adam Taurus was ready for war. Salem was watching from afar. Then, from there the war finally begun."

A brand new page had been created as it would be painted in as it shows Team RWBY defeating Salem, alongside with Jaune Arc, Nora Valkyrie. Oscar Pine, and Lie Ren.

"Then, Salem was defeated by our heroes of the past. Sure, the war with Salem ended. But, things took a dark turn with The White Fang and Team RWBY's allies."

Another page would be stained in paint as it shows Shinsuke Takasugi, Velvet Crowe, Shinpachi Shimura, Mutsuko Crowe, Qrow & Raven Branwen, and Zaveid being held down as Adam Taurus watched them grovel and is enjoying it. As Shoyo Yoshida is seen tied up at the end of the cliff.

After this, then a page is turned as Gintoki Sakata is seen slashing Shoyo's head off clean with his sword, forcibly.

"After Shoyo's sacrifice for his students. The war did indeed end but on a sad note as our heroes stared at the sun, looking into the future as The White Fang did die down after the war and later disband. This would be the end of the past generation."

Then, a new book would be picked up by someone as the person would open that book. As the book has pages that needs to be filled in. But, the background would be painted in as a new generation would be shown standing a front of Beacon Academy.

"After twenty years of chaos and war. A new generation has risen. The new generation will make sure the world is safe from any sort of danger...Or....Will it be safe at all, this time around?"

Opening Theme Plays

To the deep chest

The beginning opening begins with the light fading in as the sun appears to shine upon Beacon Academy and the camera slowly pans then quickly transitions to the group of past huntsmen and huntresses, with Beacon Academy's headmistress Ruby Rose, Blake Belladonna, Atlas's headmistress Weiss Schnee, Yang Xiao Long, Oscar Pine, Nora Valkyrie, Lie Ren, Jaune Arc, Qrow Branwen, Ryuuto Yoshida, Gintoki Sakata, Velvet Crowe, Zaveid, Shinpachi Shimura, Mutsuko Crowe, Zaveid, Raven Branwen, and Shinsuke Takasugi standing side by side.

Become a sound that can not be pulled out

The transition would show as the past generation had been faded out and the new generation standing there, as they have faded in and is standing, looking forward at the sun. The new generation showed Wraith Belladonna, Vanilla Frost, Roe Ket, Nashime "Kita" Yoshida, Tony Shimura, Dean Ambrose, Tyler Black, Roman Reigns, Kintoki Sakata, Kaiku & Sagura Shimura, Emilia Rose, Asuka, and Jake Belladonna standing there.

Always believe and let it go

The wind blows around them as the camera would pan up above once more and show the sun with the new generation watching it. 

Because I am

Then, a leaf appears as the RWBY: After the Fall logo fades into the bright sun. 

After the rain, jumping over the puddle

This would transition from that to seeing Tony, Kaiku, and Sagura walking and Tony stepped over a puddle as his two sisters would notice the sound of the wind and leaves passing through them, The Shimura's are seen with smiles on their faces.

It would transition from them to seeing Dean Ambrose with his best friends, Roman and Tyler as they were standing as Tyler and Dean were arguing with Roman watching the two. 

I looked into the world of reflection

Wind passes through them as well as Black and Ambrose would stop and notice the wind as Roman smiled as well as Black with Ambrose standing there with a blank expression. 

I was admired by the trembling sky

After that would see Wraith, Jake, Kintoki, Emilia, Roe, Vanilla, Asuka, and Kita walking out to Beacon and the leaves passes through them as well. Vanilla stopped walking as she would notice the leaves as she stared at the sky.

If you notice something invisible

Roe and Kita would call Vanilla over, but Vanilla snapped herself out of being distracted by the blue sky and she smiled as she ran over to them.

Although, it seems to be crushed

The new generation rallies up their weapons as they are battle-ready. 

I turned around and it was heard. 

Tony, Dean, Roman, Tyler, Wraith, Kita, Vanilla, Roe, Jake, Kintoki, Emilia, Sagura, Kaiku, & Asuka is seen with their weapons on the spot where they were originally standing. 

Chest tightening back, voice pushing back

Vanilla is seen with some doubt, but Kaiku and Roe placed their hand on Vanilla's shoulders giving her the strength to fight. 

To the deep chest

Everyone ran towards out to the forest, as the light fades in and it shows everyone's semblances at once. 

Become a sound that can not be pulled

Dean and Vanilla's semblance was not shown as the two froze up with them both, fading off into the darkness. But, Tony wakes her up from the darkness by having his aura goes in sync with hers and they show their combo move.

Fade away forever

Then, as Dean was watching everyone else. He looked down with an look of doubt with a demon showing in his own heart. As Dean would look himself in the mirror for a moment as he would soon see Cinder as his reflection. His eyes widened and screamed out as the reflection breaks.

Resound strongly

Cinder would watch Dean breaking before his eyes and having an evil smirk on her face. She even has three people by her side. The important thing about this is that there is someone standing back to back with Cinder. The person's identity was covered in darkness, but slightly appearing to have a evil smile on her face.

The flow has gone by now

Dean stood up as he would slowly walk himself over to the darkness.

Grasp it and do not let go

Tony Shimura, Roman Reigns, and Tyler Black stood behind Dean. Tony shout out at Dean, but Dean looked down and Tyler and Roman stood side by side with Dean as they places their hands on his back.

Because I am

Dean would smile as the darkness fades away as the opening ends with showing Ryuuto Yoshida and his whole class from five years ago in a class picture together.

The episode begins off with Dean Ambrose back at his old home to gather the rest of his things. As he gathered his things. He would see the family photo that he, his mother, and father took when Dean was three years old. That was when everyone was happy.

He grabbed the picture, as he did his best not to tear up. He held it in, as he slapped himself in the face to snap out of it.

"Don't worry anymore...You are a huntsmen in-training! Beacon Academy's newest workhorse student! Just you watch me, mom. I will fulfill my promise to be the best huntsmen this world's ever seen!" 

The boy would pack that into his bag. As he would see a huge sword that was all rusted up, yet...Still could good to use...

"I can't leave without a weapon. But, it needs a little change to it." 

Dean grinned as he grabbed the white tape from his bag as he tied the sword up so it wouldn't look bad as it was really rusted up. 

"Alright! There we go!...Now, off to Beacon Academy! Oh, wait. I need to give my thanks to Old Man Yoshida for letting me stay from over the years with him!" 

He would grab his bag and grabbed the sword holster as he places the rusty sword in the holster as he runs out of the house, on his way towards the Yoshida residence.

After Cinder and Velvet fought in a intense battle. The two would surprisingly walk out after being sent through a few trees, each. 

Velvet tries to catch her breath a bit. "Bitch...How are you moving still?! Why don't you die and go TO HELL WHERE YOU BELONG??" She was bloodied from her head, and she did take her cloak off as well.

"Isn't that obvious? To cause more hatred, more despair, more destruction! More of everything...." 

Cinder smiled evilly as she tries to stand her ground. 

"Not only that but...that "so-called" son of yours....Mark my words...He WILL suffer all of that. He will fall into the darkness like you once did. Because, like you. He won't able to protect anyone, or his stupid little friends. Even that crush of his...Y'know, I got someone on my side who even wants to take him from her....

....Remember this, Crowe...Even the new generation has arrived, in this world. It's either you kill or be killed...There is no good way to go about it either....Not even you could save him from the despair, hatred, and darkness that awaits him." She added into her rant about Velvet's son and his crush...

"What do you know about my son?! He will never despair or hate! That boy is special! He's very special in his own way. He created bonds that you NEVER will, Cinder..." Velvet said to Cinder with a look of seriousness and realness in her eyes.

Cinder brushed it off as she slowly disappears. "We'll see about that..." She would use her flame power to disappear fully.

Shinsuke watched the whole thing go down. "So...She's been alive all this time...Well, I'd be damned...Might've been that Jaune Arc boy who saved her." He thought in his mind.

Velvet sighed. She sat back as she watched Cinder vanish. She sensed Shinsuke Takasugi nearby. "I know you're here, Shinsuke..."

"I see your senses are still good...I'm surprised after knowing how long it's been, Velvet." Shinsuke said as he stepped out from the tree and sat down next to Velvet.

"Yeah...What did she mean by that?! She already got someone for Tony and who is this girl that has a crush on him, as well?" Velvet asked, as she was trying to figure this out.

Shinsuke shrugged. He didn't want to stick around and find out, but he had been searching for Cinder for twenty years after Shinpachi's death. "For the sake of Shinpachi, I am so gonna try and dig up some info about that."

"You sure?" Velvet looks over towards Shinsuke.

Shinsuke grinned, as he stood up and gave Velvet that grin. "I do owe you one. I'll track down Cinder. You go home to your three kiddos. They all graduated today. Well...Time for me to go. Later, Velvet." He vanishes off as he went down to track Cinder.

"Thanks for the tip, Shinsuke..." Velvet stood up as she walks away.

Meanwhile, in an abandoned base in Vale in the Forever Fall Forest. 

"MY MAN IS GOING TO BEACON?!?!?!?" A 17-year old girl, that had a personality of an yandere screamed out to her team, as she gripped her fingers at her hair. The girl's name was Saiko Mayama.

Katsuke Shinoda, 18 year old sighed at Saiko as he was against the wall, smoking a cigarette. "Calm down, Saiko...Damn..."

"Yes, please calm down." Zero says as he sat down at a chair watching Saiko.

Saiko would crawl towards Zero with a calm expressed look on her face, as she smiled innocently. "Don't you worry. I'm calm! I am just SO excited that our plan to overthrown Vale works better even when my handsome, soon-to-be mine, Tony Shimura is going to Beacon, soon! It doesn't ever cross my mind about that either, ZERO! IT NEVER DOES!!" She got closer, looking into his eyes. She smiled evilly at him, as she licked him in the cheek. Zero would wipe that lick off with a paper towel.

Cinder would appear a front of Saiko, Zero, and Katsuke. 

"Don't worry, Saiko. You'll get to see him eventually. Our plans should go smoothly. Especially, I got another one who is heading to Beacon, just like I hoped. When we hit Vale. That girl will not do a single thing to touch that boy. So, he's all yours. And...If she does something rash. Her secret will get out. Not only that...We got another one on our side who is "pretending" to be "one of them" who just goes to Beacon. Our plan will be falling into place, sooner than we expected out to be."

She explained as she walked past the three and her other allied forces, who used to be White Fang members.

Apparently, those members looked like they just went through some sort of mind cleansing.

Saiko smiled evilly. She rubbed her hands together. "Thank you, my mistress~ WE NEEDED...That information...And that girl...Are you talking about that Vanilla Frost girl? If so...I WILL NOT...HAVE HIM! HE'S MINE! ALL MINE! MINE, MINE, MINE!!!!" She would stab one of her own in the chest with her sword. Blood would soon appear in her hair and part of her face. "Mistress Cinder..."

"Yes, Saiko?" Cinder looked over at Saiko.

Saiko had an emotionless look on her face, that would slowly turn into an psychotic laugh. "C-Can I...Kill her if she ev-ever! LAY HER NASTY WHORE HANDS...on MY BOO?!" 

Cinder would walk slowly towards Saiko and places a hand on her cheek. "Yes. You can. Only if she touches him. Alright?"

"Alright!" Saiko smiled evilly and psychotically laughs.

Zero was creeped out by Saiko's laugh. Katsuke was unfazed by it.

"Wait, Cinder...What about the Demon-Dweller Sword? That's in Britannia Village?" Katsuke asked.

"Couldn't get it...Especially, a certain someone was in my way....We'll get that sword someday. We'll even use the boy, who I assume that will bring the weapon with him to Beacon." Cinder explained in detail.

Katsuke nodded. "Alright."

Back at Britannia Village in Shoka Shinjuku, following the graduation ceremony.

"Emilia, are you gonna be okay being at Course?" Ruby asked as she sat down with her.

Emilia nodded and she gave her mother a smile. "Yeah! I'll be fine there, mom. Thanks for checking."

Gintoki knew how badly things may get if Kintoki gets into it with Weiss at Atlas. "Well...Good luck dealing with Kin, Weiss..." He smiled.

"Oh shut it, Gin!" Weiss said as she facepalmed. She would then run into Wraith. "Hello, Wraith. Welcome aboard to Atlas!" She would take her hand out for a handshake.

Wraith blinked as she looked at Weiss. She would look down at her hand. Wraith would shake Weiss' hand as fast as she could as she walked off without saying a word to her.

Jake was sitting down as he was shocked that not only he was chosen for Course, but is split from Wraith. He couldn't believe this. 

Kintoki was there to comfort him. "I understand bro. But, look at it this way. At least, you'll have Sagura, Kaiku, Emilia, and Seth! Nothing can possibly go wrong with that."

"Well. That is, only if...If things don't go well. At least, we got that student exchange in three months from now. I may get an exchange to the school I wanted to go." Jake says as he looks at Kintoki.

Kintoki smiled at his friend. "There you go! There is always a positive side for everything!"

Ao would walk up to Kintoki and Jake, his two closest friends. "Good luck, Jake in Course. Kintoki, I'll see you in Atlas." He walks away.

"Later, Ao..." Kintoki said as he watched Ao walk away.

"Where is Dean and Tony, Roman?" Tyler asked as he looked over at Roman.

"Well...Both of them went home early to gather their things. Since all of us, maybe leaving the village tomorrow to begin school at Beacon." Roman explained. He looks back at Tyler. "Should we get ready as well?"

"Yeah, let's." Tyler says as he and Roman walks away.

"BEACON ACADEMY, HERE WE COME!" Roe, Vanilla, Asuka, and Kita said at the same time.

Asuka looks at her new schoolmates with a smile. "And we begin a new chapter, girls! This is it!"

"This is awesome! Hopefully we all end up teaming together!" Roe said out of total excitement she has.

Vanilla laughed at Roe's reaction and so did Kita and Asuka. 

"It'd be cool if we were all on the same team together." Asuka said

"We hope so too." Kita said with a smile to Roe.

Vanilla nodded her head at Kita. "Yeah!" She was happy that they ended up in the same school together, but she gets to have more time to find ways to get close with Tony more. A speaking of...

"Hey! At least, you get more time to be closer with Tony and Dean, you two. Go for it!" Roe whispered to both Kita and Vanilla. 

Asuka watched them with a smile.

Kita and Vanilla nervously smiled and laughed.

Tony went home early, with Kaiku and Sagura. 

"What a night! We stick together and Brother, you're still with Tyler, Dean, and Roman! What do you think?!" Kaiku asked Tony, looking up to her big brother.

"I'm happy and excited! Can't wait to start at Beacon Academy!" Tony says as he smiled at both Sagura and Kaiku. "What about you two in Course? Are you happy?"

"Gotta say, I like the choice." Sagura said as she slightly smiled.

Kaiku was surprised about Sagura's smile. "Sagura!!!!!! YOU ARE SMILING!"

Tony looked at Sagura's smile as he returned it. "That's the most perfect reaction there was." 

He opens the house door with his house key as Sagura and Kaiku walks inside first and then, Tony.

The three would walk upstairs to see a huge unexpected surprise guest at their home.

Tony dropped to his knees in shock. "No way..."

Kaiku started to have tears rolling down her eyes.

Sagura as well as she was in tears.

Velvet walked out of the kitchen at the same time they saw her in living color...She smiled at her three kids. "Welcome home. And...What's with the long faces?"

Sagura and Kaiku ran towards their mother as they hugged her. 

"MOM!!!! Y-YOU'RE ALIVE! BUT HOW?!?!?" Kaiku asked as she was in tears.

Sagura was in tears as well. "Welcome back, mother..."

Tony was in tears and his emotions were running all over the place. "....Mom....." He looked back at the memories of him, his sisters, and auntie visiting their mother and father's graves. "You're back...After all of that time..."

"You've grown so big and so much since time had passed. I missed you all." Velvet smiled, as she hugged both of her two angels. Tony would join the hug as well. 

"We missed you, mother! We really did!" Tony said in a shaky voice, as he was crying. 

Velvet looked at Tony, Kaiku, and Sagura as they let go of the hug and they were drying their tears. "Shall we begin to eat? And then, I'll answer any question you got for me. Oh, wait. I also have a surprise. Zaveid!"

Tony nodded, as he looked over at the person sitting on the couch, and Zaveid looked back and gave Tony and his two siblings a grin on his face.

"Been awhile, you three...After eating, Tony. I got a gift to give you for your graduation and don't worry. I got you two gifts too. Before Course and Beacon life ahead." Zaveid grinned.

After eating dinner with the reunited mother with her three kids and her ally. Filled with laughter and more.

Then, the questions hit for Tony, Kaiku, and Sagura for both Zaveid and Velvet.

"So, mother. Please...Answer this...How did you remain alive this whole time? What happened with dad and who did this to him? Zaveid, you could answer it too." Tony asked as he looked both his mother and Zaveid.

Zaveid and Velvet looked at each other, then back at Tony.

Velvet would answer this..."Zaveid...No need to explain. I'll explain. so...How did I remain alive? After it's been 18 years since your father's death. I stayed away from Vale and Atlas for a long time, because attention was high at the time. I kept myself hidden at Menagerie, where the attention wasn't too much high there. The whole incident of what happened...was kept died down from the public. You may heard of this person, who caused The Fall of Beacon, Cinder Fall. Cinder was the one involved in that and her killing your father. Me and Zaveid did the best we could to stop her. But, no luck...You see...Tony, I heard you are going to Beacon...Right?"

"Yeah. Why?" Tony nodded, asking why.

Velvet sighed. She didn't want to tell him this but...She needed to, so he'd know and is already kept warned about it. "Okay...So, Cinder is planning another Fall of Beacon and is also not going to leave without causing war and hatred, ahead. She knows about you and your friends. One of them has a crush on you. Tony, I'm sorry...But...I don't think Beacon is a good place to go to at all for you. We can't have Cinder--"

"Wh-What?!..." Tony had a shocked look about this. 

Kaiku and Sagura were shocked about this information as well. 

"But, why not?! I need to be there with my friends, mom!" He exclaimed.

"It's too dangerous. I also don't want you to feel the same way I once felt a long time ago. Where you feel hopeless and can't protect anyone...Cinder is really dangerous and I know what's she capable of. I just cannot let you go there, going in blindly. This is why I'm telling you all of this now." Velvet explained.

Zaveid had a disappointed, yet serious look on his face. He sighed. "Yeah. Your mother is right, Tony. Cinder is just as manipulative and dangerous as any many other foes she or I faced in the past, combined."

"C'mon! There has to be a way around all of that! Please, you gotta get me to go. Besides, how am I gonna protect anyone if I'm not a huntsmen?! How can I make more bonds if I'm not training to become a huntsmen and helping others get there too? You said it, mother. Remember that?! I cannot sit back at home and do nothing! I'd rather stand by with everyone else. And this crush...I will even do anything to protect her and my friends as well! If I can't protect anyone, then what kind of huntsmen am I?! Please tell me that!" Tony shouted as he got up and walked off to his room. 

"Excuse me..I'm gonna go and put it all on the line, at all costs!" He shouted as he slammed the door.

Velvet sighed and looked at Kaiku and Sagura. "Can you check on him, girls?"

"Sure." Sagura said, as she got up from the table.

Kaiku also did so as she and Sagura went to go and check on him.

"That boy...He is something special...Is he?" Zaveid asked as he sat back, relaxingly.

Velvet nodded. "Yeah...He is much more like me...."

"Actually, he's like anyone who sacrificed it all in the past. Even Shinpachi...I respect the attitude he has. But, does he understand that Cinder is not alone when she heads to Vale soon and cause more destruction? And what she did a long time ago to you. I remember....A year before Shinpachi died. She manipulated you to turn against us. But, not even that worked. You don't want him to go down that same road. I'll give him credit for not wanting to give his dream up for something so reckless and dangerous, even possibly mind-breaking...We warned him, though. This is a warning that he cannot tak lightly...But, if you like...Even if he does go to Beacon. I'll keep an eye on him." Zaveid explained.

"I know, Zaveid. I know." Velvet said as she was looking out from the patio window at the night sky. "Just make sure he doesn't get hurt at all."

"Whatever it takes..." Zaveid shortly said as he got up and lays Siegfried down on the table and Kaiku and Sagura's weapons on the table as well. "Alright. If you need anything, Velvet. Let me know. And...Tell those three that their weapons are on the table."

"Got it. Thanks, Zaveid." Velvet thanked him.

Zaveid nodded, as he vanishes off from thin air.

"Whatever it takes..." Velvet whispering to herself as she had memories of holding Shinpachi's hand and promising him that she'll protect her kids with all she got in his final moments. 

The episode ends as Kaiku and Sagura were comforting Tony in his room.

Breaking through the silence

A huge lighting effect fades in and then fades out as the setting sees darkness and sees Vanilla Frost standing in the dark and she reaches her hand out forward. 

We met in an inevitable encounter

The blacked out scene fades out as it would show Nashime "Kita" Yoshida and father, Ryuuto Yoshida standing in the light and she does the same thing as Vanilla. She and Ryuuto tries to reach out to Vanilla.

For our both sakes

Then, going in order left to right shows Dean Ambrose, Tyler Black, and Roman Reigns close to looking like silhouettes, but light is dimmed down on their faces. The three were standing side by side together, walking towards the light where Kita is standing at. 

In your mournful eyes

Vanilla looks down as Cinder Fall walks from behind and with a evil grin, she wrapped her arm around Vanilla's neck. Vanilla tries to resist Cinder by putting her hand up reaching back out to everyone else. Vanilla's eyes slowly grows dull as she was being kept in the darkness.

I see a reflections of regrets

Wraith Belladonna and Roe Ket is seen walking with their backs turned in a different direction, through a reflecting-like mirror.

Enveloped in sorrow, you've blossomed beautifully

Flowers suddenly appears and Vanilla's eyes would light up as she sees the flowers blossom around her as she raises her hand back up to finally reach out.

The flower that fuses into someone's life

Visuals appears with a silhouette of a person appears and that appears to be Tony Shimura, walking towards the darkness where Vanilla was. Then, as Vanilla was in the dark with sudden flowers growing around her. Time reverses with the flowers reverting and slowly fading away. 

Hey, do you see it?

A up-close look of Vanilla is shown with her slowly turning away as she watches the flowers fading away, slowly.

Back and forth motions happens with Vanilla slowly putting her hand down and slowly frowning as well and Tony still walking around, looking left to right as fellow and former schoolmates, Roe, Jake, Wraith, Kintoki, Asuka, Emilia, as well as his sisters, Kaiku and Sagura

Let's paint over all the mistakes we've made

A new transition was made with Vanilla seeing herself watching the dark sky and the moon, with extra beautiful visual and view at sight. Then, it was shown with her facing the sky with her back turned. Trying not to walk away from it.

A new start line will always be there if we want to start over. 

The darkness visuals returns as Cinder attempts to drag Vanilla away deeper into the darkness. Tony Shimura alongside with everyone else walking towards for Vanilla's direction. They were close-up's for Roe, Wraith, and Tony.

Let's make our future different from the past

Visuals changes once more as snow would soon appear and it's revolving around Vanilla as she still had her hand out and she would soon see the past with everyone else she's ever been with mostly The Shield, best friend Roe, and sister and father, Kita and Yoshida. 

Our small hope will paint a new start line

Then, Vanilla sees a dream she saw once with her holding hands with Tony, her one and only crush. She wishes to be with him. The dream fades away as well as it was raining for a quick second and it stops as it was still darkness. She would soon quit putting her hand out there as Kita yelled out for her and Cinder was very close to pulling her into darkness. 

I never say goodbye

Then, Vanilla would slowly fade away into the darkness with a smile. Tony would run in and grabs for Vanilla's hand, pulling her away from Cinder and got Vanilla out in time as they re-enter the light side as Tony held Kita back at the same time, before Cinder reaches for either of them. As everyone else made it out of the darkness. 

That's how I always am

Tony let's go of Vanilla's hand as he gave her a smile and Vanilla had been unsure towards him. The light rises even more, as Vanilla reaches for Tony's hand and Tony would reach out for hers. The visuals would change as it fades in and out with Tony's smile and Vanilla's smile as their hands intertwining and ends with both of them gone.

Preview: Episode 10 - The Journey Begins

The townsfolk of Britannia Village was wishing everyone good luck and giving them a congratulating send-off to the twenty students of Shoka Shinjuku.

Velvet hugged Kaiku and Sagura at the same time. "You two have an amazing journey! Make sure to keep call when you make it to your school! Good luck!"

"Alright, mom and byeeeee!!!'" Kaiku smiled as she waved at everyone, as she waited for her sister. 

Sagura smiled lightly. "See you later." She waved, as she and Kaiku walked off to Course along with Jake, Emilia, Seth, Himiko, and Ray.

As Sagura and Kaiku walked past Tony. 

"Good luck, brother!" Kaiku smiled as she hugged him and as well as Sagura.

"Knock 'em dead, big brother." Sagura said as she and Kaiku walked off.

Tony would then wave at his two sisters. He would hug his mother, suddenly. "I'm sorry about yesterday, mom...The way I shouted at you..." He whispered

"Don't worry about it, my son. I'm happy about your decision. Despite everything else. I wish you of the best of luck. If you ever needed anything. You know who to call." Velvet smiled as she whispered in his ear.

Tony nodded. "Alright. I will." He smiled.

"C'mon T! Our journey begins now!" Tyler called Tony over.

Tony waved at his mother as he ran off towards Tyler, Dean, and Roman. 

"Well, what are we waiting for?" Dean asked, as he grinned at Tony.

From a far distance away, Katsuke Shinoda and Saiko Mayama were seen watching Beacon's new students leaving.

"There it is....The Demon-Dweller Sword, but why is it taped up?! That bastard..." Katsuke said as he had watched Dean walk away with the sword on his back.

Saiko noticed Vanilla side by side with Tony. She squinted her eyes and she had an disgusted look on her face. "That skank..She doesn't deserve him..I WILL TAKE HIM AWAY FROM HER! I just can't wait to rip her to shreds....She better try and touch him. I want her to try so HER BLOOD CAN BE...Spilled all over the place and her dead in the ground."

Roe would nudge at Vanilla's shoulder, as she whispers to her ear. "This is your chance."

"No! Not now, not when everyone's around!" Vanilla whispered back.

Tony looked at Vanilla. "What's wrong? Anything wrong at all?"

Vanilla squeaked a bit as she would move to the side of Roe. "Oh, no! Nothing at all! Heh, heh..."

"Real smooth, Vanilla." Asuka whispered.

Kita looked aimlessly at Dean, as she still didn't know how to confront him. One on one, about how she feels about him.

"Okay, just making sure..." Tony says.

"That was odd. Don't ya think?" Dean asked, whispering to Tony's ear.

"Oh?! Like yourself, Deano?" Tony laughed, joking around with Dean.

Dean rolled his eyes at Tony. Multiple people was nearby. Appears to be a gang, of some sort.

"You sense anyone out here?" Roman asked, as he tries to sense anyone in the area.

Everyone else stopped, as they gets their weapons out.
